If I subscribe to Someka, how will I get my templates?

Immediately after your subscription becomes active, your credits will be loaded to your account according to your membership plan.

Then you can go to product pages and download the full version of any template. This will deduct from your total credits. And the file delivery is directly to your computer.

The delivery process of our products and our subscription system are both fully automated. As soon as your payment gets approved according to the payment method you chose, your subscription will become active and you’ll have rights to download our templates.

I have downloaded a full version of a template. Will I spend credit again to re-download the same template?

No. Once you have downloaded the full version of any templates, then you can redownload it as many times as you need free of credits. This is also clearly shown on the product pages.

My subscription did not turn active? How long will I wait?

Normally, if payment was successful then you should see your active subscription with the related number of credits. But sometimes it can take up to 5-10 minutes due to network issues. If you still have problem, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@someka.net.
