No, it’s not a separate product. Technical Support is an additional service to our products. When you buy a product from Someka and need technical assistance from our developers, this technical support will give you access to our development team.

This service includes technical troubleshooting and basic personalization in ready-to-use templates. If you need assistance to remove the logo, change the currency, modify the colors, add new tabs, remove the password, or make a similar change on the product purchased, then our developers will be assisting you.

This service does not include template customizations, modifications on the calculation background and template structure, projects from scratch, editing your existing files , or issues with 3rd party software.
