The Forbes Global 2000 is an annual ranking of the top 2,000 public companies in the world by Forbes magazine. Basically, the ranking is based on a mix of four metrics: sales, profit, assets, and market value. Furthermore, this Forbes Global 2000 excel list 2024 will provide you with the latest list of the world’s top companies.
Besides, the Forbes 2000 companies collectively represent a substantial financial presence, with a combined $51.7 trillion in sales, $4.5 trillion in profits, $238 trillion in assets, and $88 trillion in market value. This influential group spans 61 different countries, demonstrating a widespread global representation.
Fortune Magazine usually publishes the Forbes Global 2000 rankings in June or July every year. Therefore, the 2025 rankings will be available in July 2025. We currently have the latest 2024 Forbes 2000 Companies listed on our website.
Meanwhile, we have gathered 2024 World’s Biggest Public Companies in an Excel list for you as an edition of Forbes Global 2000 List.

Hi, it took me over an hour to set up my own spreadsheet (after waiting for an answer from Forbes about the cost of such a spreadsheet). Nevertheless I am missing the industry for each company. You now have to click on 2k items and can’t filter by sector or industry. A couple of years ago it was possible to filter by industry, I suppose Forbes prefers to make our life complicated now? Why is it that publishers offering a nice product need to spoil it after some time?

You made my day! Good settings but if it can give a rank number for each item, that will be much better to review and comparison by sorting. Only need to leave or create one column at the first before the current “Rank” column.

In the original version of Forbes List which is published on Forbes Magazin, the number of the employees’ info of the companies is not included that’s why the data we present you depend on what they put on their list.
But you can check our Fortune Lists and search for the companies you want to see number of employees: Info Lists
