Buyer Persona Excel Template will assist you to visualize your customer profiles and prioritize user needs efficiently. Also, this user persona spreadsheet is a great guide to deciding on product development, as well as marketing campaigns, projects, and channels.

Buyer Persona Excel Template Features
Designed to create your user persona easily, our template has four different options in terms of layouts. After specifying your metrics, you can choose one layout and start filling it. We will explain these options further below.
The followings are default categories for each persona. But you may also self-customize them if you wish.

Persona – 1
This option has a horizontal design and includes 7 rows for each category. In addition to the categories mentioned above, Interests and Technical Knowledge are already selected categories and can be changed according to your needs. This is one of the basic designs in buyer persona template.
Persona – 2
Similar to Persona 1, this option is also designed horizontally and includes 5 rows for each category. Wants & Needs, and Social Media Channels, in addition to the categories described above, are default categories that can be adjusted according to your needs for the user persona form.
Persona – 3
Our team has designed this option vertically, and it includes 7 rows for each category. In addition to the above categories, Behavioral Characteristics, Technical Knowledge, and Buying/Decision-Making Patterns are also already categories, which you can customize according to your needs. This is another sleek design for buyer persona template.
Persona – 4
Lastly, Persona 4 also has vertical alignment and includes 5 rows for each category. In addition to the categories described above, Behavioral Characteristics, Technical Knowledge, and Wants & Needs are other default categories, but you can also alter them to meet your needs.
Each optional form contains two chart sections, so you need to just fill in the metrics and their scores with numerical values for creating these charts.
Additionally, you can change persona images by right-clicking on the shape and pressing “Change Picture”.
Furthermore, some bullets are pre-defined and added to the dropdowns for each section in the persona sheets. You can select them according to your data type.
Moreover, if you need more than one sheet for a particular user persona option, you may duplicate it by creating a copy.

We lock our products in order to prevent accidental changes users can make, like overwriting a formula or deleting a calculation column etc.

I need more sheets. How can I copy the existing sheet?

Dear Jorge,
After purchasing a modifiable version, you can duplicate the persona sheets according to your needs. Please click on “File”, “Settings”, “Advanced settings”, and “Show sheet tabs” respectively. After that, right-click the persona sheet you wish and select the “Move or “Copy” section, and enable the “Create a copy” option.

Hello Joel,
You can remove the logo or replace it with your own logo for each sheet. For Free Versions, you are not allowed to remove the logo or alter any copyrighted material in the template.
You can do it in the full version. Please check how to do that in this link.
