5 for design
3 for customization. Unnecessarily complicated invoice layout. Documentation is okay, however no flexibility to add supplier database so again time consuming to fill this information.

Ive added data to the Product database. It didn’t work unless I copy it line for line from the product database, and paste it into the quote.
Also the Auto generate id put #REF! in the quote id cell, but it didn’t count up, and it gave error.
So I had to use the live-chat — assuming that it is standard not-human chat service and they won’t wrote back to me. But THAT’S NOT TRUE! best customer support I’ve dealt with. They help a lot and are very friendly.

I made a few tweaks (added a few rows and columns) and was getting an error. Quotation Records was not recording properly. The template deleted a quote from history when a new quote was created.
Support was just spot on! I sent a support email to fix my file, they came back informing me about my faults using the tool and sent the fixed version to me. However, they could have just said “we don’t do that” it is your problem but they helped me in one day. Thank you so much!!! Keep the good work on!!!!!!!!

Our development team just figured out problem and see that the main reason of this issue is the symbol that you used in your product database.
Since Purchase Order Generator matches your products with VLOOKUP function and you have (~) in your data, VLOOKUP will not work properly and see the values you input in the database. So we highly recommend you to input your products without (~) sign.
