It is always important to have a personal budget in order to balance financial status of the family. However, sometimes tracking all household expenditures can not be possible since everyone purchases personal things at different places at different times. Common budgeting questions are as follows:

Monthly Household Budget Template Sections

To clarify, this printable monthly household budget template (including free version) consists of 3 main sections:

  • Dashboard
  • Income
  • Expenses

Income

Firstly, you can input your regular and irregular incomes for each month into the table. Once you do that the template will automatically total your income for you.

Secondly, in the Expense table of household budget template, there are lots of expenditure categories and you can input your expenses into the table. Press the (+) sign to show the rows so that you can write the expenses of each and then get the total Expenses at the end.

Dashboard

Finally, before starting the Dashboard, input your expenses and income items for each month. Then rest will be all automatically calculated and illustrated for you! Therefore, you will be able to see the following in the dashboard section:

    What is the difference between regular and irregular expenses? I can not catch the concept.

      Let us explain it. Regular costs, like home loan installments and vehicle advances, are fixed every month, while fluctuating costs, such as food and amusement, may change from month to month.
      Occasional bills, like motor vehicle registration fees or real estate taxes, come up time to time.

      You can remove the logo or replace it with your own logo for each sheet. For Free Versions, you are not allowed to remove the logo or alter any copyrighted material in the template.
      You can do it in the full version. Please check how to do that in this link.

    I like your family budget – however do you also have a full budget template that calculates the net worth of family?

    It will better if this template to show also on a dashboard a summary of my income, expenses, savings, stock & shares, loans, property, other investments, cash in hand etc.
